Dear Clemens Families! With yesterday’s freezing temperatures we had a frozen coil in the heating system of our Porta Pak which in turn set off the sprinkler system. Due to the current weather conditions ALL SCHOOL BUSES, TAXIS AND SPECIAL EDUCATION ROUTES in Wellesley, Wilmot, Woolwich and North Dumfries Townships are cancelled for the Waterloo Region District School Board
The following schools dependent on Transportation are Closed for the Day: Floradale, Linwood, WaterlooOxford D.S.S.
ALL evening RENTAL PERMITS at these schools are CANCELLED
TRANSPORTATION IN ALL OTHER AREAS IS OPERATING AND SCHOOLS ARE OPEN.
All Extended Day Child Care programs are OPEN.

We are all saddened by the tragic events that took place at Army Public School in Peshawar, Pakistan. To show support for all those affected, we will be lowering flags at our schools, and our Education Centre, until the end of day on December 19.

Please come out and join this wonderful event as we celebrate Multicultural Night at Clemens Mill on Wednesday November 19 from 6- 8 p.m. Come and visit “countries,” from around the world, view magnificent clothing from a variety of cultures, and sample delicious foods from around the world. The Scholastic Book Fair is arriving soon! On Monday November 3rd Parents can visit in the evening between 6pm and 7:30. Students have their opportunity to visit the book fair during the day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between November 3rd and 5th.
